Painting in Ormeau
Ormeau includes newer estate homes, detached family houses and some acreage properties. Depending on the existing surface and finish, repainting may involve interior or exterior colour changes, general refresh work, or additional preparation where surfaces need it. Larger acreage properties can involve more exterior area or timber elements. Work on occupied or multi-unit buildings can be planned with the owner or building manager to suit access.
How we approach the work
We assess the project and the surfaces, discuss what’s required, and provide a clear quote before work begins. Preparation is tailored to the surface and its condition, and may include cleaning, sanding, filling or caulking, and priming where needed. We then apply coatings suited to the surface and its exposure and complete the work to the agreed scope.
