Painting in Merrimac
Some Merrimac homes are established and may need more preparation before recoating, depending on the surface. Work on townhouse or occupied buildings can be planned with the owner or building manager to suit access.
How we approach the work
We assess the project and the surfaces, discuss what’s required, and provide a clear quote before work begins. Preparation is tailored to the surface and its condition, and may include cleaning, sanding, filling or caulking, and priming where needed. We then apply coatings suited to the surface and its exposure and complete the work to the agreed scope.
