Painting in Kirra
Kirra is a beachside area, so properties closer to the beach are more exposed to salt air and UV; exterior work on exposed surfaces benefits from preparation and a coating suited to the surface and its exposure. Work on apartment or occupied buildings can be planned with the owner, body corporate or client to suit access.
How we approach the work
We assess the project and the surfaces, discuss what’s required, and provide a clear quote before work begins. Preparation is tailored to the surface and its condition, and may include cleaning, sanding, filling or caulking, and priming where needed. We then apply coatings suited to the surface and its exposure and complete the work to the agreed scope.
