Painting in Bundall
Bundall’s riverfront and canal-facing homes sit close to the water, so exterior work benefits from preparation and a coating suited to the surface and its exposure. Properties range from canal-frontage and riverside homes to larger rendered houses on established blocks, plus commercial premises along the Bundall Road precinct. Larger homes can involve more exterior area to prepare and coat, and work on commercial or occupied properties can be planned with the client to suit access.
How we approach the work
We assess the project and the surfaces, discuss what’s required, and provide a clear quote before work begins. Preparation is tailored to the surface and its condition, and may include cleaning, sanding, filling or caulking, and priming where needed. We then apply coatings suited to the surface and its exposure and complete the work to the agreed scope.
