Painting in Biggera Waters
Some Biggera Waters properties sit on the canals or close to the Broadwater, where salt air and UV mean exterior work benefits from preparation and a coating suited to the surface and its exposure; homes further from the water are more sheltered. The suburb’s mix includes detached homes and walk-up unit blocks, so work on multi-unit or occupied buildings can be planned with the owner, body corporate or client to suit access.
How we approach the work
We assess the project and the surfaces, discuss what’s required, and provide a clear quote before work begins. Preparation is tailored to the surface and its condition, and may include cleaning, sanding, filling or caulking, and priming where needed. We then apply coatings suited to the surface and its exposure and complete the work to the agreed scope.
