Painting in Benowa
Some Benowa properties are larger, established homes, so some can involve more exterior area to prepare and coat, and older homes may need more preparation before recoating depending on the surface. Riverside properties sit near the water, which can affect the choice of coating for exterior work.
How we approach the work
We assess the project and the surfaces, discuss what’s required, and provide a clear quote before work begins. Preparation is tailored to the surface and its condition, and may include cleaning, sanding, filling or caulking, and priming where needed. We then apply coatings suited to the surface and its exposure and complete the work to the agreed scope.
